I'm sure UCL isI think you know how the squad HG & club association rules work? And they're a bit different for PL and CL I believe?
Do you think there's anyway we go I to the next season with say just one HG player? Let's say all of Stones, Walker, Ake and Grealish go - and let's say we get MGW because I think those links are strongest. How big (or small) would that make our squad?
Do we actually need more HG players? Obviously we can use youth players as back up etc.
Hopefully a nominal loan fee as well

No way is the club going through a power struggle.There is a power struggle going on here, clear as day. Pep is resisting the rebuild, he is too attached to the players after spending so long together. We already know it to be fact that the club wanted to rebuild last summer and Pep said no, putting us in this mess. There are quotes from Pep hinting that there won’t be too many new signings. Then there’s club briefs to the contrary. They are each putting pressure on the other to get what they want. There isn’t an alignment between the two and it’s holding us back.
wouldnt surprise me. HG options are slim right now, especially at CB which i expect would be the position they go forI expect most the players we'd be interested in are foreign, so the key thing is how many foreign players we can sell in order to make space for them.
If we can't sell enough, maybe then we'd need more HG players etc.
