Think its a good thing. Couple of times this season pep needed reminding to get his head out of his arse. A fresh perspective and someone to provide alternatives is needed. Ferna would be ideal

I think that someone from outside the club with fresh ideas would be better than someone like Gundo who is steeped in Pep's way of playing football. I actually think Gundo may go on to be a very good manager but new ideas/personalities needed to freshen things up are probably needed.

Obviously had some success with Lillo, and he's been a part of that, but I've always felt his approach has been too similar to Pep's, and Pep really needs someone who will challenge some of his ideas.

No idea who that would be, but Fern could be a good appointment if it happens.
