The Conservative Party

Check this guy out haha.

What is funny?
Jenrick has highlighted that fare evasion on the tube is endemic. From his observations he estimates that one in 25 passengers haven't paid. From my own experience I would say that may not be too far off the mark . Therefore TFL are losing 4% of revenue to fare evasion - that is a £100 Million p.a. this is not a small issue and the problem is growing. The law abiding majority pay for this, as they pay for the epidemic of shoplifting that similarly goes unchallenged.
He has done this at some risk to his own safety whilst security and TFL staff look the other way, TFL have since confirmed that their staff are not to challenge fare evaders.
Where does this end ?
We need more of this, well done Jenrick for calling this out and being on the side of the law abiding majority who chose to pay their way.
Whose side are you on ?

He seems to be on this weird thing about Turkish barbers. I've seen him throw it in twice now when talking about something completely different.
Its not weird .
You must have noticed that the government have quite an obsession with Turkish barbers to and have launched a flurry of law enforcement activity their way. They associate them with money laundering, human trafficking , salve labour etc .
Jenrick's inference is the Turkish barbers like fare evasion and shoplifting is criminal activity in plain sight.

TFL's own stats are 3.4% last year down from 3.8% the previous years - the direction of travel (pardon the pun) is down. Also what in the world does fare dodging on the Tube in London have to do with Turkish barbers shops.
He is an MP in Nottingham where fare dodging in the trams there is estimated at 8 - 10% so why isn't he doing his job and reporting it from his own constituency?

Not Jenrick’s. The man is a fucking loon.

How do TFL measure that exactly ? How on earth do they imagine it is going down ? Given that they don't disagree it is worth around £100 Million you might think they would do something about it instead of Khan begging for more taxpayers money and raising fares.
In regard to Turkish barbers - see my reply above to @I'm With Stupid.
He may be the MP for Nottingham but he is also shadow Justice secretary and the point he is making is bigger than Nottingham trams.
I understand he may not be to your liking but I struggle to understand how any law abiding citizen of any political persuasion can have an issue with someone calling out lawlessness and the incompetence of the authorities tasked with preventing it.

Try reading and answering your own questions then you won't have to type so often

You can read it on the TFL web pages and NTL web pages - thought you people "do your own research?"
I don't need to because I can tell you from my own experience as a regular user of the tube and the conversations I have with other regular users the tube, there is no way fare evasion is going down - quite the opposite. If TFL are promoting a narrative that fare evasion is decreasing then that is nonsense that they will have concocted to support their political objectives .
What about the rest of it ..

14 years of Government and the likes of him did nothing.

Jenrick was one of the self-serving snot holes who got the country into this state during the Conservative reign before the current government took over.
Maybe he's born again and seen the light...?
Walking down the high street today, drug dealer type mooching up and down with his track suit bottoms down below his arse cheeks, underwear open to the world.Piles of litter everywhere. Everyone looking beaten down. Did he give a shit before his party lost power?

oh so you do, do your own research - and whatever you see is representative of everything and what you see on your commute is far more accurate than the data gathered by the people who run the transport systems?

This is why some people think the Earth is flat. They look outside, see a flat, open field and bingo, the Earth must be flat and no amount of evidence will convince them otherwise.

You are the same. Facts, figures, evidence all dumped in favour of your own personal experience and like flat earthers, any attempt to point out the absurdity of their argument is immediately dismissed as a false narrative, and a conspiracy to hide ‘sinister’ objectives.

And, no, there is no way I’m ever going to be on the side of Jenrick and his merry band of dribbling, braindead wankstains.

How do you think TfL collate the fare dodging data?

They’re estimates, based on numerous assumptions and when you look into the different forms of fare evasion - such as failing to verify journeys at the correct locations- then you realise how subjective these estimates are.

will be far more accurate from what some random traveller thinks he observes when using public transport

Finally realised that Starmer is a compulsive liar, and that he’s lied again about this?

Some of us were on that from the get go.
We only got out of the EU through being told a lot of lies. Where was Starmer being dishonest in what he said to Francois?
