Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Is the flexi season ticket map the same as the one currently showing on the gold link? Trying to scout a few potential seats before the 4pm window.

I think so but I’m not sure it is updating. I’ve been monitoring the area I want but none seem to have been bought since 9am.

Strange. I did a brief count 20 minutes ago of the gold link map and there were over 900 available, thought that was weirdly high as there's already been 1 sales window.
Does this line up with what's showing on the flexi link map, for anyone who's already got access? Screenshot_20250602_121230_Chrome.jpg

Yeah not sure it’s updated actually. The info from the club said there would be 500 new flexi golds unless there’s was a few left from the 1000 held back for juniors

have you tried clicking in the link in the email? Mine just takes me to my account information. I presume this will change at 4? Does yours do the same?

Yeah mine's the same. Other posters have said they've just clicked the link at the time and got in.
I wonder if in the last 15 minutes before we'll be able to click and it'll take us to a holding page before we are put into a queue at 4. This is normally what happens for match ticket releases so maybe the same process?

Anyone who was eligible for the 10am window (or soon the 1pm) able to confirm?

I got in at 10am and the link didn’t change - it just took me to my account. Navigated the site and found a section for new season cards.
Got one for me and my lad, beside myself with happiness!

Just had a notification saying last seasons has expired. Do I delete the old and wait for the new one?

That sounds pretty shocking tbh.
Managed to get it sorted after multiple weekend calls and emails and stressing out. They only sent my email with the link at 9:35 this morning. Turns out I was banned for moving round to the singing section for a game I couldn't get tickets for in South Lower, and the club spotting someone who wasn't me in the seat I bought. Really disappointing how this is the first time that's brought up by the club, I dunno, it seems a bit deliberate and sly. All I eventually had to do was submit photo ID and proof of address and it was sorted. I'm a very happy man today!
That is a conundrum, think you need to be on the phone from 9.50am Monday morning, with a list of prepared questions. What I would also do is go through your Twitter & think back if you’ve ever sold a ticket on there. They’ve been clamping down on people that have been selling & swapping on there (might be why you can’t contact fan support to) I know one or two who run ticket pages and they’re being targeted in a big way, So you will need to cover every eventuality, as they’ll only need one instance

Just got one for my 10 year old son who was eligible.. I wasn’t though..
The plan is to buy tickets close to him for as many games as possible when they get released in the summer so he gets to use it.
Probably a stupid idea but got too excited/panicked.
I know at that age they’re supposed to sit directly next to an Adult but we were split up most games last season and he was absolutely fine as long as we can see each other.
I’ve probably been a bit stupid here..

Because of the upgrade, current mobile Season Tickets will no longer be active. Here’s what to expect:

  • From next week, your Season Ticket will move to the expired section of your phone wallet – or you can delete it manually.

  • Ahead of next season, we will send you a new Season Ticket to download, along with simple instructions and more information about the new turnstiles. Downloading your new pass will be straight forward with only a few steps
