Apologies for the slight dark marks at the top of some of the pictures. The metal lens protector is broke and it doesn't open properly sometimes when I switch the camera on. Arrrgh!

Pathways, the Hotel, and what looks like vents and plant on the tier 2 concourse waiting to be installed.

The right side of the construction site. The Museum, the Souvenir store, the Offices, the 2nd walkway to the North stand, plant and vents being fitted, plenty going on.

No clear windows on those two floors of the commercial building on the city square facing side either. So literally, not a single clear window on the entire floorplate, at least on two whole floors. Not one, all dark solid walls. Craziness.

It'll be interesting to see what sort of uptake there'll be on those 401 hotel rooms on days when there's no game or concert on. I'm guessing they'll get quite a few bookings in the conference/seminar sector. It's a lot of rooms to fill.

Not during the summer, the way our transfer windows are looking. 401 new players in, each gets a room while they wait for the medical!

If you go on Linkedin there are always posts and pictures of conferences, events, seminars, job fairs, etc, being held at the Etihad. The up take of rooms during those non game and concerts days should be good. Plus there are always other events happening in the city centre like the Great Manchester Run, the Christmas Markets, etc.
