What's the difference between 'have an idea' and 'know'? To me knowing is simply having enough good reasons to believe something is true. I would argue that if the club behaved in any other way than working like if they expect a positive outcome it would more or less be an admission of guilt. We are still a business and it would be poor forward planning to spend beyond our means should we anticipate any kind of punishment that reduces that income. In my opinion, if the club doesn't know the verdict but are of the opinion that they have done no wrongdoing, they should act like they have done nothing wrong.
