It's Quiet the £250m return

Impressive business from Chelsea this window. Gittens, Delap, Maignan, and Ekitike all for great fees. All players improve the first team. Only finished 2 points behind us this season.

What a competitive league the Prem is now. I imagine it'll be us, pool, or assnal winning but I would not be surprised if Chelsea or Newcastle are sniffing around the top as well. Should be a fun one. Come on Citeh!
Chelsea still got a million goalies and adding to them

They’ve signed more players ???

Chelsea is only close behind United for the club where players go to die now days. Signing ridiculous long term contracts and wasting their careers

It still feels strange hearing Liverpool being called champions—it just doesn't sound right yet. Maybe I’m just too used to City's success—I’ve gotten spoiled.
Of course it's going to be strange, it's only the 2nd time they've won it in 35 years.
And all that money they've spent trying as well.

I spoke to a Wolves fan who was moaning about having to sell their best players and buy youngsters who lacked experience.
I said. 'funny isn't it? It's like 3/4 clubs, the majority who play in red, looking after their own interests!

If only there was one club who'd had the balls to say it was a stitch up???

Oh yeah they did, but you all believed they were the problem because you believed the establishment because they wouldn't lie and wouldn't stitch you up!!!!!!!

Yeah they did - also voted to allow shareholder loans at 0% (including us). It's still ridiculous and one of the few things UEFA have done well is to not include the hotel/womens sale in FFP

Yep, and after the real punishment we had, and PSG, it's now just fines if you break the rules! The Premier League is eating itself with these rules! When they say, “Oh, we can't let teams pay what they want,” well, Chelsea have rags, have they? When they should curb what they are spending! I think the new rules, which were coming in this season but postponed for some reason until next season, bring in more squad control. The % of turnover limit is a better model. Guess what the original old FFP had, in a way, a built-in squad control? The Rags Director was in charge of FFP and took it out when his club was going to fall foul of it.
