Russian invasion of Ukraine

Yes, it is fulfilling. But this is a stealth war between three superpowers at the moment; USA, Russia and China. It is great that Ukraine took out 13 long range aircraft launchers; but it is like poking a bear.
It strengthens Ukraines hand massively in any future negotiations and weakens Russias. The bear lol, has been trying its best to conquer Ukraine and failing miserably, after over 3 years of war, it doesn't even have air superiority, hardly the efforts of a superpower.

They don’t want to be ruled by a shit country. What would you have them do? Bend over?

It’s not like they don’t know what it’s like to be under Russian rule. None of the Eastern European states want to go back, Russia had their chance to improve their lives etc but turned these places into festering shit holes. Putin is the jealous ex. Fuck him, the ****.

One of things I watched says they do the tyre thing to disrupt the drones from recognising the aircraft, quite interesting, because it suggests they expected the drones, did they have some intellegence ? Given that some of the bases are a very long way from Ukraine.
Probably just in case, thing is those types will burn like a bastard once in fire so the airframe will be destroyed anyway. I hope they have something else lined up now, imagine if they can do something like this again, they are really weakens now unless China sell them aircraft.

Take it!

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported the first successful strike on Iskander missile system launchers.

According to the report, the launchers were located near Klintsy in the Bryansk region and were being prepared for a strike against Ukraine.

Preliminary assessments indicate that one launcher detonated, while two others were likely damaged.

He's going to have to suck up the "bonecrushing' sanctions that his House and Senate seem about to pass
He definitely isn't, firstly because they won't propose the bill without Trump's blessing, and secondly because even if they did, Trump would veto it.

Trump is Putin's ally. He wants Putin to win. We need to stop expecting him to do the right thing.

I know what an ICBM is, just cannot see them being launched into Ukraine

AIUI the "Oreshnik" is an ICBM, just launched on a slightly lower trajectory.

It's a weapon of terror rather than military effectiveness, as they cost a fortune and aren't accurate enough to target anything smaller than a football stadium - they're designed for nuclear weapons which don't need to be that accurate.

Russia has been engaged in all our war for three years. It doesn't have the capability to do more than it is. If it did, it would already have done it.

Putin will not use Nukes

Great videos, at one point a drone seems to land on one plane, you can see the rotor shadow slow down, it's not clear if some of the drones detonate, but the other drones show lots of damage.

The 2xA50's look like rust buckets, they won't be repaired anytime soon.
One of the A-50s was under repair (and may have been a spare psrt doner plane for spares to keep the rest in the air). - There was an engine missing under one of the wings.
