PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I really don’t understand why both camps can’t be somewhat correct, to me it seems quite feasible that we could have had confirmation of some form possibly verbally that we’ve slaughtered the Prem and exonerated on all the main charges, whilst also awaiting the full judgment to be provided before it’s classed as confirmed as there could ways be the cooperation charges getting some form of fine for us etc.

I just find it equally hard to see that we either don’t know anything, based on our transfer activity and supreme confidence, or have had the full judgment already as again there’s no way we’d have agreed to sit on this and chances are it’d have leaked.

Maybe but I don't see how City can be charged 115 times yet rags are using loop holes to get round the rules.

With the scum being on the stock market does another shadowy company along with the Camen Islands black hole make the actions illegal in company law irrelevant of football rules?

It'll also be interesting what the outcome of the HMRC tax investigation throws up.

To be fair, he was brought in as a sacrificial lamb in case/when it all went wrong which is why the last two potential choices fucked off rather sharpish - he'll do well out of it financially.
