Captain for next season | Bernardo confirmed (pg11)

Rodri, Gundo and Dias to be the main three.

Haaland, Bernie, Eddie and possibly Kova/Stones to be backup group.

Gvardiol the wild card if we have another stinker with injuries.

Pep will probably choose Carson!
 
There's nobody with the level of character or personality required to actually lead men in the squad.
There's not a natural leader like Morrison or Kompany anywhere in sight. Gundogan and Fernandinho have been our only genuine leaders other than Vinny since Pep arrived.

Pep Guardiola is coach and captain at City. He runs the show on the pitch and the dressing room.

At City, 'captain' is effectively a nominal term for someone whose only responsibility is to wear a rainbow armband and shake hands with the ref and opposition captain before kick off.

May as well be Scott Carson. He's popular in the dressing room.
