When yer think what these two pens have been given for and the rugby tackling and wrestling that goes unpunished at corners IFAB, PiGMOL, VAR and the games' arbitrators have turned the sport into a hybrid between a circus, a pantomime and a lottery. The Welsh pen was given probably on the basis of the pen being given against Jack's fingernail. And as someone said about the Belgian pen "Where are you meant to put your arms. Pens seem these days to be given not for what was originally termed 'handball' but for the ball innocently hitting your arm. It's bollocks!
