It’s not clever though, is it? A fifteen year old could have come up with that headline in that context.

Imagine doing that for a living. Devising headlines that don’t actually reflect the article you’re trying to promote just to get a few extra clicks from people who will simply be annoyed when they read the article.......

F'kin' pathetic.

It’s unbelievable, it really is. What a ridiculous way to earn a living.

“Me? Oh my job is to write headlines that don’t reflect the content of the article the headline is trying to promote, in order to get more people to read the article.”

How desperate is this headline.... clever though.
Mirror bidding an emotional fair well to it's 90s readership figures and doing anything for clicks.

The tabloid journalist who personally goes through people’s bins for intel on a celebrity they are writing an article about is higher in the journalistic food chain than the sad cunts who write these headlines.

Congratulations Billy Boston on a long overdue knighthood. Now let them Knight Kevin Sinfield, both men deserve it vastly more than Beckham. For once BBC did the right thing and gave Sir Billy the coverage he richly deserves.
No media clamour for Pep's knighthood still - no doubt it would be announced as for services to European football anyway, particularly at Barcelona and Munich.

It's Delaney behind it. Shame as a paper called The Independent should be independent. Journalism is full of wankers. Always had been.
Is Delaney a hermaphrodite?

Genuine question.

I've seen him a few times on "Back pages tonight" and he never has any stuble (the show is broadcast live at 22:30) and he has very soft feminine like features.

Charlotte Duncker also features on that programme and she's got more of a five-o-clock shadow than Delaney has.
