Rate the CWC transfer window /10 to date

How good would everybody say the window was? I’m very happy with all 4 signings. Me personally, I’d go with 9/10. If I had it my way, we’d have a right back by now, but it’s not the best market ever seen for right backs.

If I had to put a number on it now I'd say 9/10 too I like shiny new toys.

Hard to say until we've seen them bed in, and I'd usually give it one or two seasons! But on the face of it, very high. Just a right back needed now I'd agree.

I was gutted when we pulled out with Wirtz, but getting these players for roughly the same cost is just crazy.

Obviously had a plan and executed it extremely well 9/10. The second window is equally as important as we need to move players keeping as little of their wages on the books, allowing for 1 or 2 more signings , but the way the first window im confident it may be achieved

Intriguingly, we never had such a pole after the last two windows.

Got to say 9/10. Wanted us to sign Reijnders (from AZ), Cherki (from Lyon), both in the summer of 2023 and Ait-Nouri (Angers) back in 2020. Happy to finally have them all, here at last, so just two more positions to fill.

The CWC one off transfer window is over.
Due to an exceptional registration period for the expanded Club World Cup, the transfer window is open early between Sunday June 1 and Tuesday June 10.


The normal starts June 16th to Sept 1st.
