Agree with this, we don't know our outgoings yet nor have we signed a Rt back which we clearly need , very impressed so far though. 8/10
 
No clue till I've seen them play, big surprise that we got a left back before a right back though
 
9 for me. If I’m being greedy a right back would have been nice.

Overall, I am delighted at the work Hugo/ Txiki has done to bring in 3 quality players in areas we need to fill, and not only that, 3 players that immediately improve the starting 11 at reasonable cost, and swiftly without fuss. Outstanding work!
 
It's such an exciting window: Rayan Cherki led all players aged 21 or under for both chances created (75) and expected assists (11.7) in Europe's big five leagues in 2024-25. Meanwhile, Tijjani Reijnders made more passes breaking the opposition's defensive line than any other player in Serie A in 2024-25.
Being able to break down tight defences is definitely an objective and with Ait-Nouri winning back more possession in the opponents half than any other PL player, we really have been scientific in identifying the issues and trying to solve them.
 
In terms of addressing problem areas & refreshing the squad with quality players who are at the right stage of their careers / are motivated to succeed, you'd have to give it at least a 9/10, wouldn't you ???

For me, all that remains is a RB, proper DM cover (or alternatively proper striking cover), then HV can concentrate purely on getting rid of the dead wood.
