The Labour Government

Hang on, she's investing in the digitisation of the NHS. I could have sworn the Tories invested billions of the tax payers money to their privateteer mates which we know was a total flop for the public but OK for their bank accounts.

This chancer has been caught with his pants down. Complete waffle.

if you are on about Stride he always has been. I'd suspect the response was written last night and he - like his boss - decided to parrot on from the pre-prepared script regardless of what had just come over the dispatch box

The sun's out, Reeves is throwing money around....

Can anyone say that they personally are any worse off because of this Labour government?

I include pensioners who've had a £9 a week rise in the pension (offset by losing WFA).

Some with no pay increase but still prices rising - but that's not necessarily because of this government.

Employers struggling because of the NI increase?

Someone laid off because of the NI increase?

Commuters paying £3 rather than £2 per bus journey?

But millions paying less on mortgages.

Go on, who personally is worse off under Labour?
When I asked a few weeks ago, #Big Joe is worse off because things like his food bill and insurance have gone up which are clearly the fault of the government!! lol But he couldn't actually tell us all how he was personally worse off as a direct result of any government policy. He did, however, struggle with the concept of having more money means being better off and having less means being worse off.

Not heard the full detail but it looks like the government are steering us in the right direction.

So glad to hear of the investments into infrastructure, something that has been severely lacking in the last 15 years.

Was always going to happen.
but
It is not all rosey on the economy. Job losses are on the rise as predicted.
but:

In the past year, the UK's employment levels have seen an increase of around 667,000. This represents a growth of 0.8% from the level a year ago, according to the Office for National Statistics. Vacancies have also decreased, falling to 736,000 and are now below pre-pandemic levels, reports The House of Commons Library.

Unemployment is rising and the rate at which it is rising is increasing according to the ONS. Thats a simple fact. Your figures are not percentages.

You talk absolute bullshit. Nothing more to say.

Well im sure we both agree, unemployment and employment can't both be rising? Typical ONS ;-) Over 4000 people including contractors work there nr Newport would you believe!
It's probably welcome emploment in an area like there. The disparity could be that my figures are over a year and the latest unemployment figure is for a quarter. It still look like there are about 400k more jobs than a year ago. The unemployment figure talks about those on payroll. So if someone leaves a job and sets up on their own do they become "unemployed" for the stats?

But accurate bullshit( I won't embarass you by bothering to repeat what you put). Hope you're well and welcoming all of the investment into Wales. Better than Nigel wanting to come and dig up your back garden I bet.
