He’s actually a really nice guy.
Think he’s just been taken in by all the vitriol from the media and rival fans.
is he from Birmingham? It can be a burden growing up there and being gifted that accent. Who wouldn’t be bitter.

This off Villa Talk:

They are the dirt worst.

The only fair punishment for City is like -30 points a season for 10 years in a row.

Cheated to build. Now holding everyone else down. Signing our captain every 3 years.

Feel the hatred! Drink it in!

Villa fans their lot are amongst the thickest and most delusional in the country.

They're fucking wronguns who genuinely believe that villa means more, they're every bit as cult-ish and ****-ish as the bindippers people should know this.

They're even more stupid than the shit show you see from arsenal fans on YouTube videos, if you speak to them in person they're extremely unlikeable and a very unknowledgeable bunch.

If they win any major trophy you won't hear the end of it they're up their own arses to an extreme, there's nothing humble about them in the slightest pure arrogance as if they've dominated football for two decades, they're up there with the dippers rags and arse for proper angin fans who speak without logic.

They constantly go on about how great their fans are, yet in the late 60s to mid 70s their fans did a total disappearing act very unloyal you could say, all while Birmingham City's attendances actually mysteriously improved a lot.

It might seem hate filled this post this but I'm actually smiling, thinking about how fucking stupid their lot actually are, it cheers me up and makes me feel like Albert fucking Einstein.

Shit fans who pretend otherwise and they won't shut up about their fluke European Cup win, they have a bigger set of balls than Forest fans for it a proper Billy big bollox lot.
Their disgusting voices while droning on and on incoherently too, there's no end to their absolute repugnance.

If I had to live in Birmingham I’d be bitter and miserable too.

Isn’t it still 1976 in Brum, everyone has a greasy mullet and shops in jumble sales.

Apart from that though?

I know that @gordondaviesmoustache has a certain fondness for the midlands and Birmingham, and since he's generally a measured poster and I respect what he has to say, I rein in my instinctive dislike of the place. Used to have to go through Birmingham New Street and change trains there on my way back from school to Manchester. Ok, this is a very long time ago — but it was astonishing. It was like being buried alive. Then the train going through possibly the dreariest suburbs in England, via Wolverhampton. Trains never exactly go through picturesque routes, but I sat and looked at what seemed like endless, fetid disused canals, rusting mattresses poking up through the water, waste land that looked at though it had recently been carpet bombed. Been through there much more recently on the motorway — honestly, doesn't look that different. Not to me.
And then, that accent. These things are very subjective, but that particular one grates on me.

Anyway, I'm not reining it in very well, am I? There must be nice things in Brum (there are in most places). Just not Villa supporters, as far as I can see.

Don't beat about the bush. Say what you really think, man.

That stretch of territory from Birmingham to Wolverhampton which incorporates places like Smethwick, Wednesbury, Tipton and Bilston has to incorporate some of the most depressing landscape in the country so there’s no issue with your perception there. Like Manchester, most of the more well to do areas are to the south of the city. If you’ve got money, then I’d say South Warwickshire is a nicer place to live than Cheshire, certainly more pretty. It certainly attracts far more tourists.

As to the accent, I personally love it and think Brummies are the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Even including some Villa fans, although most of the people I associate with in the city are Birmingham City fans who have huge untapped potential as a club which I expect will be exploited over the next decade or so.

Girona are going to end up getting some influx of players from us once that ban gets lifted in January.

Also, I am not sure I buy that we weren't interested in january. Haaland basically admitted on norwegian tv after the Chelsea game where Nypan were in the stands that the deal were done from memory. As I posted on here after it happened.

Also think that is the reason why his move to Arsenal went completely quiet.

With the news of Ait-Nouri being worked on last summer, and having no competition for both Reijnders and Cherki I think our business has been done for ages in reality
