Just one leaked fixture list? Every year there seems to be two or three. And I’ve yet to see one that turns out to be even remotely accurate!

It was suggested on here a few days ago that we may be requesting the first couple of games to be away, to give the pitch time to recover after being covered over for a few weeks. It would be nice to start the season at home.

I look forward to the number of people who complain about how hard our start is despite no pre-season and subsequently about how hard our run is, or how we have so many away games after CL fixtures!

Rinse and repeat. Easy start for Rags, near top of table, fans get giddy, Rags are back etc before the collapse when they start playing decent teams

Isn't that down to us requesting our first game to be away, to give the pitch extra time to recover from the summer's concerts? Not this summer, obviously (with the construction work going on).

I saw a fake list for the season, we were away first and last, away 5 of the first 7 games including Newcastle (a) to start then other trips including the cult, Brighton, Villa, spurs and Leeds
Palace away to finish

If the PL had half a brain between them it would be City v Chelsea first game and postpone it immediately, to give us half a chance of recovery from the CWC

But they hate us so will probably try to stitch us early on
