PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Berrada has delivered a recent assessment to Sir Jim Ratface and the Executive at United.

It was a wide-ranging brief on the market and warned the Premier League is entering an increasingly uncertain period.

He again asserted his conviction City have done little wrong and will be cleared of all the most serious charges.

Coming out at well that Amorim can be the next Pep and win the league in 2028 This bloke is a clown

I thought that was just the fixture list!

The new buzzword on the forum it seems is "Soft indication" and if we are involved in the fixture list then that means it's a "Soft indication" that we have nothing to worry about.

Obviously a 40 point deduction and having to give every team that plays us 10 million quid and a guard of honour at the Etihad is a small price to pay for semi vindication :)

Bernardo could come out with increasingly elaborate drinks every time

A civil war in the PL would be more likely IF we are NOT cleared of all serious charges.

My guess: nobody knows yet, it's all speculation.
Not necessarily if we are cleared and it transpires there was no basis for the investigation and also it comes out as to why it was implemented at great cost to the pl, then there could indeed be civil war from clubs like everton and forest who will question the integrity of the pl and from clubs like villa and newcastle who will argue that the pls rules have stopped them progressing further

Liability feels imminent but either 1) because of the time it takes to arrange a sanction hearing and then get a result or 2) because the sanction is stayed pending a liability appeal, we may not get a first sanction decision this side of 2026
English IS my first (and only) language and I'm still confused over that.

Damn, I'll just wait for The Doggers brief roundup. He'll tell it as it is.

I'm just waiting for City's response if they find us guilty of anything whatsoever. Will they go nuclear regardless or just say that they want to get it all behind us and move on?
