Fixtures Calendar - 2025/26

Tricky start but it’s good to get them out the way early on IMO. Especially if the team is thriving.

The three main title contenders all have tough opening 6 games.

Looking at the rags fixtures, I can see them bottom of the table after the derby.

Our 2 home games here last season we lost Arsenal away we got stuffed they couldn’t have handpicked the hardest 5 games!

Tasty

Three of those teams finished in the bottom half of the league last season! Can think of plenty of worse fixtures.

Spurs will be alot different with their new gaffer in charge.

Tbh, I'd rather get hard games out of the way early on. I think fatigue from Club World Cup will set in later in the season, once we're playing twice every week.

Oh yeah we will be better prepared then most with our season starting today

The Club World Cup could funnily enough play to our advantage in the early stages of the Premier League season in regards to our players fitness and match sharpness in games.

Wins at home to the Rags and beating the bottle jobs away would be fucking sweet. I'm sure our lads will be out for revenge after last season.

Buzzing for this season now.

Looks like the fixture generator is broken!!

There are three key home and away rules which the fixture generator must abide by.

  • In any period of five matches, a club must play either three times at home and twice away, or vice versa.
  • A club cannot start or end the season with two home or two away matches.
  • A club cannot play at home twice or away twice for the fixtures which take place on or around Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
So, over the ‘holiday period’ we’re away twice whilst the Arsenal, Dips, Rags and Chelsea all at home twice.

What fucks me off is Liverpool being the first game on tv.

When we won the league we was never on first, it’s always been the rags or the tramps. Last year they had the rags and Fulham on the Friday night.

Looks like another red cartel wankfest incoming.
What's new mate.

Same shit, different season...

We were on first game of the 23/24 season b Burnley away if I remember right. A Friday night?

Old Trafford in January? Not usual that, used to March or April.

Boxing day and New Years both away is a bit naff though. Still, these dates are bound to change once the greasy TV execs get their hands on things.

Other than that, bring it on. Finish with Villa at Home, reminds me of....
