26 | Savinho - 2025/26

Everyone knows I'm his biggest fan, huge disappointment the last 4 months from me. Doesn't seem hungry. Hasnt improved and I don't know how much patience pep will have
 
It really annoys me how soft he is. He might still be a little boy or let's say a late developer, but I feel he very often is hiding. Not sharp enough.
 
I thought he would improve as time goes by, but the lad quality of play is regressing big time !

He's 21, but I think a lot of people are forgetting that most of the big players we've bought have been 23/24 when they arrived. Of the few that we bought at a similar age, he's arguably done as well as any so far.

Damn, I missed his birthday!
 
I truly hope his end product improves.

He's very good at beating a man but most of the time his timing of releasing the ball is very poor, it's either rushed, or it's too late and he's closed down, resulting in him just booting it at a defenders legs.

When you watch productive players, it's not always some incredible technique, it's they know exactly when to play the pass. Fractions of seconds are huge in high level football, timing is so important. We know how good KDB's technique was, but knowing the exact split second to release the pass was his biggest asset, all the technique in the world won't matter without it.
 
Gets passed his opponent and then no one in the box. What do people expect ? We play so slow that even when he gets through the defense the others just stand outside the box . Due to this inverted Fullback bullshit which I will never understand we had 6-7 players within the radius of 10M standing in front of box - while savinho got behind his defender to find no one.
 
Concerns me a bit. He looks best off the left, but then so do Doku and Marmoush. His confidence looks low, which then exacerbates some of his weaknesses like being lightweight. Still only young of course, but worry he might have a difficult season coming up
 
Big season for him ahead, needs to improve in a lot of areas. He shooting really needs improvement.
