20 posts per page

We've had a few requests in the past to increase the number of posts per page, but have put it off for various reasons. Have decided to now go ahead with it, as very few forums still have 10 posts per page. It felt a bit archaic and in need of updating tbh.

There will probably be a few teething problems with broken links etc, and please bear with us whilst we tweak layout/ad positions etc, but hopefully it will make for a smoother browsing experience for you.

Just curious, does this only apply to new threads or will all the old threads now be "shorter" in terms of page numbers due to the change?

Big increase in adverts, whether it’s just more noticeable since the switch to 20 posts per page. Getting about 4 per page now.

A necessity, unfortunately. Doubling the number of posts per page would literally halve the ad revenue overnight without additional units. There is still the option to upgrade for ad-free browsing though for those who’d prefer.
