But, clubs have been happy to bank champions league money without a thought to the rest of their league for decades, so I'm mot going to get too upset about it.

When the rags, scousers, tarquins etc give up some of "their" champions league money then I'll start screaming about how unfair this club world cup is.

I’m using local/USA time

9PM Monday USA = 2am Tuesday UK
3PM Tuesday USA = 8PM Tuesday UK

Agree with this, the dippers think they should be there and they may have a point and the rags just see themselves falling further and further behind us.
In terms of income, there probably gonna be near 200m behind us in the next couple of years, and if you don't know cause I keep being told there the biggest club in the world.
How could they not be in CWC on that basis.

I hope they're not at the club world cup for at least as long as the banner they had of City not winning a trophy.

I bought tickets in advance for City in Atlanta and Orlando, I also got one for Flamengo v LAFC ( I was in town anyway and was interested in watching another game) and yes I got approximately 30% refunded for each game.

Ah so we are all correct. I like it when a plan comes together. Now for that prize money & for Haaland to confirm himself as one of the world's biggest stars in football/soccer terms. I want him to become more Drogba esque...apologies if anyone hated him...but to be a beast on the pitch that no one can match.

Ahhhhh, I see … saying whatever happens we play on the 1st is not wrong but its not correct [emoji16] you’re thinking the WATCH TIME IN THE UK and both would be on the 1st in the UK.

From a marketing point of view, America needs this enthusiasm injection pre world cup next summer, plus trial run the facilities etc

They probably will when it gets to the later stages. Not sure about just yet. The European players will know that they aren’t in the best physical condition and that will diminish the tournament in their eyes. In City’s case it seem that Pep isn’t solely focused on winning it. He’s experimenting with formations and systems. City’s matches have both had a pre season vibe. It’s clearly not as intense as CL fixtures. That must affect how the players perceive the tournament

Think u are wrong there pal , supporters of fans who bought via fifa and get refunded are the same seats for every club regardless of who gets to the final ,they just separated the allocated ends depending on which side of the draw your club was located in ,so in effect the same seats , there may be a few more come available say if the allocation is 2000 and say City only sold 500 before hand so 1500 ,but the other tickets for the clubs who do not get there are the same seats for the allocated finalists , the same section or allocation whatever that may be
