Thanks, can't believe that I didn't try this! Hopefully that'll work on the SkyQ app too. After posting about it, I then moved back to the TV app because there multiple pop-ups on the SkyQ one.
The TV app only showed one more, early in the second half.
The SkyQ app, otherwise, is so much better, lag-free and pause/rewind is immediate. The TV app is relatively clunky unless you just leave it running (like it's 1974). Both better than via a browser.
