What has the UK become under the far right influence?

If it suits you.

In reality, 14 years of neo Labour. And COVID and bailing out the banks and Ukraine
Hang on, excusing the poor maths with regards the 2008 bank bailouts, this last 14 years is some how Labours fault? The opposition?

I’d love to hear this, and please do point out the specific situations that were their fault and how?

Also, cheeky little like from the Walter Mitty of BlueMoon, who has a new job/career in each thread he posts in. He’s like Mr Ben.

Sorry? What poor maths?

And another thing, wtf are you on about? I know it's been hot but still...

He’s decided that the Tories were so bad that he’s decided to class them as Neo Labour.

Copium.

If you want to understand what has happened to the UK, just read the preface to Good Times, Bad Times by Harold Evans.

Those bloody Irish are the worst. Sitting around all day supping Guinness and eating Tayto crisps while crying about "the old country".

*sits back and waits*
I got here as quick as I could Jim.
I was busy getting Kneecapped.

Anyway, where were we?

Right! Less guff from West Brits like you, if you don’t mind.

How’s that?

Sorry, my bad, I misread it as the bank bailout was in the last 14 years of “neo-labour”.

Can you give any examples of the last 14 years shitshow, being due to labour initiatives?
Sorry mate, but we're on completely different wavelengths here.

What I meant was that the last 14 years of Tory government have not really been following Tory principles, that's all.

Tory principles are low taxes, small government, less regulation, less government intervention, strong policing and defence, strong borders etc etc. They've done none of that.

And to bugger us all up completely we've had to start with a huge great big deficit and then Brexit and the COVID and then the war in Ukraine. It's been a dismal period to be sure.

We've had 6 years of Labour ideology delivered by a supposedly Tory government.

what a crock. It went all "blue Labour" under Johnson who in fairness had a long record of that when London Mayor - he was always good at spending and claiming he wasn't - prior to that Cameron and Osbourne had an assault on costs that Maggie would have loved and continued under May. Post Johnson Truss was a destructive i.e.d. and beyond that I have some sympathy with Sunak - out of his depth as Chancellor and totally unprepared for the top job his political judgement showed his lack of nowse but in reality Tory principles you refer to were in full flow until the buffoon assumed office less than 6 years ago so I have amended your post so it reflects reality

The Tories don't have any principles. Never have had.

To be fair, the narrative set by said poster shows why they had to disappear for a while to concoct it.

All very disingenuous, followed by ‘MAGA cult’, in my book. They wanted Badenoch as she’ll win over the Labour migration supporters, and when the realisation comes that even the Tories won’t support the Tories, they turn to good old Nigel and his UKIP traits to get what they want.

Staking your reputation on the Tufton Street led Truss’onomics, that even she had no idea over. That says more than anything ever can.

Lets face it when it comes to immigration Badenoch can say what she wants like Sunak did but for a certain level of the electorate across all Party's - and I hate saying it because its wrong on all levels - skin colour affects the vote they can attract. Until we can cross that bridge and defeat the enemy there will be no meritocracy in this or any country

Remember this

Some confused angry moaner in Hartlepool ringing Nicky Campbell today seems to think it was Bob Dylan who incited violence against the IDF, and comparing it to the Connolly tweet case.
"He's old enough to know better" etc etc

Did not hear this angry moaner on the radio.
Connolly went straight to prison for inciting trouble on her tweet? This rapper incited trouble against IDF?
Please educate me about the difference? And punishment for him needed?

Well, aren’t the IDF doing similar to what the Nazi’s did? Therefore if someone said the same about the Nazi’s should they go to prison?

Admittedly it’s a shame he said that bit during his speech. As it’s allowed scum like the Mail the chance to lie and make the story about that rather than the appalling genocide that’s ongoing.
