Defending was absolutely lamentable by our experienced players and I'm not a fan of any strategy that relies on Dias & Akanji having that much possession in the attacking third.

Really disappointing to go from the Juve performance to that.

Fair play to Al Hilal, rode their luck a bit first half, very dangerous thereafter. We were shit particularly defensively, but as bad as we were we weren’t as bad as the bent commentators, and the ref was generally wank too. At least the players can get a holiday, and at least we won’t have to play PSG!
