Thier season can’t/won’t be any worse than last but that isn’t to say we won’t be having many laughs at their expense

Their keeper, defence is still bog-standard. Yes, they might(might) have improved the front line but they could hardly downgrade

As for the manager. I don’t know what they see in him - he’s Ten Haag with a nice coat. He’s a clown, who I wouldn’t be surprised if they sacked by January

As for the shite, over paid players they are trying to get rid of. Good luck

I think they are in real trouble. At the moment their creaking squad is one year older and they have not made any strong signings. Unless something changes I am sure they will be in a relegation battle again. As long-standing City fans who have seen it all we should not be surprised. We went down in 1983 with a better team than they have got now.

They'll finish 8th or 9th at the absolute best.

It'll be lauded as some sort of achievement but I'm fine with them pretending to be a big club.
As long as we keep finishing above them in the CL places (and them outside) I am too. If they go down I think it will be the making of them finally fixing their issues.

Could do with stopping giving them points (and trophies) they don’t deserve though.
