They key bit is other clubs dont have any clue of what's going on as the talks are between one club and the PL. There's no way you can tell is something untoward has happened as there's no accountability. You can only raise it as a question in the members board meeting but that will be quickly brushed aside. No club has challenged the PL to prove why United got unbelievable exceptional items reductions in their accounts as it would come to nothing.

Whilst not being part of the tribunal hearing , obviously, I was choosing to try and keep things sem-professional.

Had our KC's been permitted to use the BM vernacular , they would have probably referred to the " practices of Richard Masters and other PL members, acting at the behest of the cabal members and fellow UK owned clubs, as a conspiracy and prejudiciary act of blatant corruption and abuse of power.

Simplified perhaps using the word cunts for the sake of brevity . Hope that helps ?

Were the grounds for the refusal ever explained or published, or handed down as fait accompli by the PL ( in their usual high-handed and arrogant manner, totally disregarding the legality of such action ?

Cabal abiding by the corrupt actions of the PL as a show of unity for the yank owned clubs.
