PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

What continues to surprise me is how stupid the owners of clubs are to allow the cartel to dictate to them and farm them like meaningless sheep or pawns.

Someone somewhere at each and every club must be making money at the expense of preventing their own club to navigate up the pecking order, my opinion is that the owners of clubs are short changing the fans and the fans on the whole couldn't seem to give a fuck about it
Some clubs are happy NOT to compete, know their place. Invest as little as possible and vote to keep the ecosystem in place.

Yes mate is seems that way doesn't it.

What I can't fathom is the stupidity of their fans who hate us because their owners are shit and throw them under a bus.

Your probably right there because it's the other 19 clubs that will be coughing up.
When you say “it’s the other 19 clubs” that will be coughing up, are they the current ones, or ones that were part of the PL when the charges were raised or last season’s 19 other clubs?? Maybe that’s what’s holding it up…they can’t decide who is responsible and they are challenging whether they should be paying for someone else’s fuck ups…

I know it's a hearing as opposed to a trial, but can you imagine someone on criminal trial trying to use what other people have been up to as their defence? It's just not plausible.

I'm not disagreeing with your overall point, it should be fair and equal, but if that's the basis of our defence then we're up shit creek without a paddle, as they say.
I take your point but I think the difference is the Premier League is a members club not a country. If the golf club had a rule you have to wear x clothes or pay x fee and they chose who had to follow the rules and who didn’t especially if it was obviously or done for sinister or corrupt reasons e.g money race, etc I think you would have a good case. Equally the rules have to be within the law ( couldn’t ban people based on race for example.

The stupidity level of fans is really something which should never be ignored - take the fucking rag lemmings for example !

But you are absolutely right about ignoring the role of the owners and fan relationship.

Collective responsibility - let all the fuckers pay if they don't have owners with any integrity and prefer to vote through unlawful changes of rules.

Those who choose to sit on the fence deserve the same outcome too.

Don't vote with the cabal because you are fucking spineless is something they may have to dwell on.........hopefully

It's time to remind everyone where the villains hide to do their business.

That sounds painful.

Good point if what I said is true.

They may have no choice. A decision has still not been resolved in the APT case where they will probably have to compensate us for the blocked sponsorship deals for starters. If they lose the 115 case it will probably start a financial bloodbath.

I really hope this is right. It would be amazing if we absolutely fucked them over, and their media whores, sued the bastards for so much we could offer £150m for Declan Rice and £300m for Lamine Yamal in the same transfer window.

I just don’t have any faith in us being vindictive enough, or in the system allowing us any retribution, because stuff always ends up a bit low key. The best we can realistically expect even if fully exonerated is a few £million damages and an apology through gritted teeth.

After that, the average fuckwit punter will continue to believe we were guilty and carry on spouting bullshit about oil, 115 and Pep being a chequebook manager. It’s what fuckwit rag sympathising sheep do.

If you stand back and realise this has been going on now for almost 2.5 years, whatever the outcome the clear message from the red cartel has hit home for their fans and many others-City must have been cheating for it to go on this long, and that their clubs have missed out by our winning so much (fairly) it’s an absolute disgrace that it’s been dragging on for so long, which is what these clubs wanted,to distract their own fans from the clubs incompetence in comparison to how our club is ran, professionally and successfully.

The shareholders will have to cough up there are 21 at any one time 20 clubs and 1 owned by the FA It’s difficult to imaging City contributing to their own compensation though The money will be deducted from the revenue each club receives as a shareholder
