Oh well if Villa and Chelsea are being charged by UEFA, we can no doubt look forward to the announcement of the rags punishment very soon :)
I wouldn’t be in the slightest bit surprised. That’s why I’m pretty sanguine about the result of this one.Could you imagine we are cleared of the 115 then say 6 months later uefa open another investigation into City ..
Yep. Bit like a witch trial, drown or survive and get burnedCould you imagine we are cleared of the 115 then say 6 months later uefa open another investigation into City ..
Fingers in ears la la la laInteresting that some of the 115 Premier League charges are for breaching UEFA rules that were neither admitted or proven.
I wonder how Masters will justify not charging Villa and Chelsea (and the Rags before them) for admitted breaches of UEFA rules.

That was my understanding, and that those allegations will automatically fail if they can't prove the initial onesI imagine the UEFA-related allegations in the 115 case are not for breaching PSR but are for providing misleading financial information, much like the first tranche of allegations are for providing misleading financial information to the PL.

UEFA have not accepted Chelsea's hotel and women's team scam...I imagine the UEFA-related allegations in the 115 case are not for breaching PSR but are for providing misleading financial information, much like the first tranche of allegations are for providing misleading financial information to the PL.
I doubt it. The adjustments required by UEFA have been allowed by the PLUEFA have not accepted Chelsea's hotel and women's team scam...
"Clubs were required to perform adjustments, as profits from such transactions cannot be recognised as relevant income according to the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Regulations – Edition 2024 (“Regulations”)."
That will put pressure on the Premier League. I think they are still reviewing some of what Chelsea have done.
These charges are only for up to the 2017-18 season, They've got 2018-25 to go at for starters.Could you imagine we are cleared of the 115 then say 6 months later uefa open another investigation into City ..
And then maybe 6 months after that the PL could maybe have another go.
Maybe this will become the new normal...
No. How were you using the word issue, for a topic of conversation or a personal problemWhilst not being part of the tribunal hearing , obviously, I was choosing to try and keep things sem-professional.
Had our KC's been permitted to use the BM vernacular , they would have probably referred to the " practices of Richard Masters and other PL members, acting at the behest of the cabal members and fellow UK owned clubs, as a conspiracy and prejudiciary act of blatant corruption and abuse of power.
Simplified perhaps using the word cunts for the sake of brevity . Hope that helps ?

eg I have an issue with that. This word ISSUE became popular with IT workers because they couldn't been seen having problems.
