PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

But this nonsense goes on and on.Do our owners ever see a time when it stops? It’s ridiculous.
I don't think it ever will.

It will just take on a different shade pre and post the outcome.

Those that want/need us to be guilty of wrong-doing will find a way to continue to justify their ongoing position.

Those that don't, won't.

The mainstream media will continue to exploit the situation for their own ends (shareholder profit).

In the meantime we just reconcile ourselves to their moronic intransigence and get on with the business of winning silverware and entertaining those who love football.

proofreading is all one word.

although some may argue it can be hyphenated.
either way, it's not two separate words.

just sayin' :)

Thanks for the correction.

I was remembering the word(s) from over 50 years ago and in fairness to my mate I didn't ask him to spell the word(s).
Again, I hope I am able to survive a further 50 years before I need to use it(them) again.

the beauty of the grammar police is that once they have corrected you it's unlikely you'll forget,
lest you have to feel their wrath again :)

If hopefully City are fully exonerated, don’t expect them two twats White & Jordan to cover the story with the same exuberance as they have with the bringing of the charges,it’ll be a 10 minute segment and then move on,and even the 10 min segment will ONLY consist of the brown envelope angle….
I feel you’re right.
I’m sure they’ll cover it with heavy innuendo of expensive lawyers and political pressures.

I remember years ago talking about the printing process with a former schoolmate.
His job at the time was proof reading which meant reading every page of every publication the firm printed for correct spelling and punctuation etc..
In fairness, as a younger library user, cannot remember any obvious spelling mistakes in the hundreds of books I have read.
Compare this with the news TV channels and the yellow banners that appear which often, despite modern spellcheck software, contain errors.

Hopefully the writing up will be error free and legally flawless.
If your dictionary contained a spelling mistake, how would you know?!?

Error-free. Definitely hyphenated.

Sad but true.

looking vindication from rival fans/media is never going to happen. We won in magnificent fashion. The highs were so high and the lows nothing compared to our past.

They have had to suffer the wins every 3 days and their history getting trampled on.

Their hate is my oxygen.
