It's Quiet the £250m return

Chelsea registered different players in the Conference to the league because it was the Conference. Won't be doing that in the Champions League, or at least we won't be.

So what Maresca didn’t want majority of them not training with them! We don’t hear a peep out of those players they got on with there job they are getting paid to do!

WOW - "Peps favourites" .... i still get surprised, from some so called City fans, even after all these trophy laden years :-(

The rags still go on about the class of '92. Still sing songs about 20 times. Still sing former players songs, etc.

liverpool are the same.

Yet there are a significant number of 'City fans' on here and social media that diminish 4 titles in a row and the treble - the biggest achievements in club football and the players that did it - after just two years.

Don't really care what the chelsea model is, it isn't one Pep wants to follow, City won't, most teams won't.I don't want us stockpiling players not used either.

What’s it got to do with us if we have 35 players we get the players in we want now and get rid then

Think we worried about our squad number! You looked at Chelsea squad size last season they didn’t still give a toss went out and bought the players they wanted!

I would just spend the 110/120m on Livamento and Trafford brings in two home grown players as well!
Wharton and MGW would be perfect too. Well Wharton for next year when the last one of those 3 leaves.

Is Trafford good with the ball though? That’s very important for Pep.

News in Turkey is that Gundo and Ederson are going Galatasaray. Turkey journalist that has said this is good for Galatasaray news.

Mustafa Sangar is the journalist.

: "İlkay Gündoğan's brother and agent are in Istanbul to finalize the details of the player's transfer to Galatasaray with a two-year contract. It is the perfect timing to join the Turkish club now."
Got tbh i'd be very happy with this. We need to reset asap . . .

RAWK and Rag Cafe are a bit further down the road if you wish to discuss " 'istree." ;)

Yes, having success is something some of us older fans weren't accustomed to previously. But, we all know football is game of "what have you done for me lately?"

The indignation some here show when a poster rightfully points out some players are "past it," or too injury prone for what we want to achieve will get you likes from some others here but that is about it. It's terribly short sighted. Appreciating what a player had done for the club in the past but thinking it is time to move on from them aren't mutually exclusive.

There is a reason the armed forces are generally made up of younger men and women and it is similar (not exactly the same) to athletic endeavours. Younger people are typically faster, stronger, more durable and recover more quickly. Older people also have more of an ability to tune out commands and demands of their "superiors," because they have different priorities in life.

Calling some players "Pep's favourites," is by no means offensive. I think it is generally recognized he has players he favours. Unfortunately, at the current time, a number of those players have lost a step, or five, of pace, can't stay in playing fitness for more than a few days at a time or aren't as driven as some younger players.

It's offensive to suggest Pep lacks the brains or the will to do what is right for the team.

The idea that fans can see better than him what our problems are is really stupid. Remember when fans were unhappy with Pep because he was starting Gundo and Rodri? Couldn't he see they are too slow? Guess what, those fans were very wrong, not to say silly.

If we could do this it would be great business imo
