PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Haven't followed this thread for some time now but we do seem to be very highly unlikely to get a ban or a league demotion seeing as how the 25/26 match fixtures have been out for some time now and we still feature. A face saving guilty verdict on minor non- cooperation charges seems likely with smallish fine.
To clarify the tribunal can’t relegate a club they can fine money points or both effectively the points deduction could amount to relegation

Secondly and most importantly when the verdict is released it won’t include any punishment as that will be determined in a subsequent hearing

I never realised it was a Rolling Stones song! Melanie’s version is the only one I know, it’s fantastic.
Melanie's (later) version was best for me!

At the time of the Stones' original in the mid-60s, there was an ITV comedy-drama about a charwoman who inherited £10M and control of a big corporation, 'Mrs Thursday'. Peter Cook and Dudley Moore as their idiot comic alter-egos 'Pete'n'Dud' would often sing their version of the Stones' song.. 'Goodbye Mrs Thursday/ Who could knock a nail in you?' (..well, it was funny at the time, you sort of had to be there, really..!)

Anyway, to get back on thread.. the PL management and the Red Cartel behind the charges against us are a bunch of tosspots..

But that would mean all talk about relegation to League Two or non-league was total bollocks, and we don't have people posting total bollocks on Bluemoon. Do we?

You've got a point.

I've heard that the Premier League has the power to take away FA Cups, Champions League trophies and other cups from outside the investigation period that aren't licenced by the Prem. And the Internet wouldn't lie surely.

Well FIFA want to erase the Club World Cup we won in 2023 so why should other trophies be safe?

I stupidly thought the result of the hearing and if we were found guilty of anything the punishment would all be released on the same day!!! Fuck me this is never ending. I just want it over and finished with, so I can go back to enjoy watching the team I love without this shit hanging over us.
