PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Been up since 6:00am. Standing by my bed… I thought today was the day. What’s happening ? Which league are we in next season?

One of my Old Man's favourite pieces and formed part of my introduction to classical stuff in the 50s/60s.. if you get chance, check out Sibelius' 5th Symphony.. some cracking choons in there too.. several of which have been 'borrowed' ('sampled' is it nowadays?!) by hit parade popsters over the years..

Meanwhile, back on Planet 115, f**k the PL/Red Cartel and all their works.. are we there yet..?

time of the day wise

i personally doubt that it will be at 9am on any day.

i think it will be with a few hours of the judgement being sent from the "panel" to the PL/City.

i doubt the panel will release it at 9am. if it's ready at say 4pm i don't see why they would wait until 9am the next day to notify the PL/City.

i'm expecting an afternoon / evening release to the PL/City with PL/City website statements a few hours later.

i know some think we already know etc etc but its just my uneducated opinion that we don't.

caveat to that is that i don't know what time the panel starts work each day. maybe they start around 7am in which case 9am might be right but i'm assuming they start closer to 9.
