"Hallo Mary, is that your name?" Yes.....boing.
I watched a programme a while ago, where the producers said they had about a dozen or so Kangaroos in a compound of sorts, filmed the ones they could see the best at the time, and cobbled it all together afterwards. You gotta hand it to the producers, making a series of shows starring a fucking kangaroo :)
Yeah there was a few Skippys, they were actually Wallabies, small Roos, not the big tough fuckers in the outback.I watched a programme a while ago, where the producers said they had about a dozen or so Kangaroos in a compound of sorts, filmed the ones they could see the best at the time, and cobbled it all together afterwards.
I must admit, I liked watching it as a 9 year old.

Wallabies used to come into our backyard when we lived on acreage. They loved the odd carrot.

Jeez, yes - and always with 100% milk, heated in a pan with the strange glass 'rattler' to warn when it was bubbling up.Camp coffee with chicory essence served with sterilised milk.
And we used to peg a playing card to the fork, so it made the 'ack-ack' acceleration sound as you built up speed
I don't mean to intrude - because I'm sure that some of you know each other in 'real life' outside of this forum - but a good bawl can be really therapeutic, so try to embrace them when they come.I’m not doing too badly, thanks.
It’s slowly getting better, but I will still hear or read something that will set me off into a flood of tears.
Stay strong mate, lots of people thinking about you should make you feel better.I’m not doing too badly, thanks.

Exactly my introduction to coffee.Jeez, yes - and always with 100% milk, heated in a pan with the strange glass 'rattler' to warn when it was bubbling up.
'er indoors 'treated' me to a bottle a few months ago. One sip and the rest went down the sink...
Will do. The specialist said he was opposed to pain killers on the grounds that they don’t work on spines. He is right. I’ve had physio and, not surprisingly, that doesn’t work either. It’s a bummer that. I’ve had that for years and no amount of exercise helps and I’m loathe to take pain meds long term.
Keep us informed as to how successful your treatment is. I might need to follow your route.
Ditto and ditto! Will do. The specialist said he was opposed to pain killers on the grounds that they don’t work on spines. He is right. I’ve had physio and, not surprisingly, that doesn’t work either.
Pics or they never happened.Does anyone remember those coffee cups that were glass nut fit into a plastic bottom with handle? They came in all sorts of colours. Around the time we had basket chairs hanging from the ceiling.
