Just looked it up. Rowan McDonald. Now playing for Waterford.Bit worrying that Dada-Mascoll isn't involved. Especially when other long-term injuries are playing like Carrington & Muir. He has virtually missed 2 full seasons. There may be no way back. Some young players are forced to retire early due to specific injuries. There was a player in the same age group as Tommy Doyle. Rowan somebody or other ( can't remember his surname) who had a similar lengthy spell out injured. Last I heard he was playing for a League of Ireland club.
