Tino Livramento

Might just make Newcastle feel the need to hold out for the amount they want though.
Think at some point they have to decide whether forcing him to to stay is detrimental or not. If they decide it is they’ll sell. Don’t think whether Livramento stays or goes comes into it two unrelated situations. Their ideal would be both stay.

They would but selling Isak isn’t their choosing, and isn’t a PSR thing, the player is trying to force it.

Newcastle have PSR issues.

Isak can force a move all he wants.

He is tide to a 3 year contract at Newcastle.

Do you think the Saudis and PIF are worried about not holding him to his 3 year contract?

I don't think they are.

If they say he stays, he stays and gets on playing for Newcastle.

That has happened on numerous occasions with players at other clubs.

You might be right?

Correction.

They had PSR issues.

PSR came under the firing line 12 months ago when Newcastle - despite having owners worth £700billion - were forced to sell promising youngsters Elliot Anderson and Yankuba Minteh. Failing to do so would have resulted in a possible fine and points deduction.

The thing is, we, City, go about possible transfers respectfully and quietly. With the Scousers it's always a football media and social media wankfest. The Saudis won't like how a possible Isak transfer to Liverpool is playing out in the media.

World Cup coming up… ultimately he’d have to shut up and get on with it.

I get the feeling the Saudi's just don't really give a shit about Newcastle, their own league is far more important to them

Especially with Gyokeres at Arsenal. Isak’s starting place is not guaranteed, his form for Sweden hasn’t been great lately and they play 1 striker.

Tbf Sweden’s place at the World Cup is also not guaranteed at all.

Although I think Livramento is one of the strongest right backs in the Premier League, at no stage have I thought that this would happen, and it seems almost impossible now.

Wan-Bissaka would be a strong alternative.
Wan Obi kanobi would be better ..if we sign wank bukake we would really be desperate

Just pay the money they want and stop fucking about. We falling miles behind Liverpool now when if our transfer strategy over the last few season was better we’d still be miles ahead of them
