PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I find it even harder to believe that he and the Premier League aren't asking for definitive timescales, such are the legal costs being incurred on a daily basis!!

It makes you laugh that he’s using the excuse of sheer amount of charges as reason for a delay. That should have been enough to show this whole shit show hadn’t been considered beyond charging & leaking.

Masters just been on Bloomberg TV.............I'm no expert on body language but his rebuff from questions related to City and 115 was not very impressive.

What a fucking load of bollocks he speaks.
The financial rules are to protect the American cartel its that simple. He just spoke a load of bollocks.
Rags 1.5 billion in debt yet they dont break the pl rules whilst breaking the Uefa rules.

With the amount of people that turned the job down the stupid twat was daft enough to be the sacrificial lamb
Yes.

There were a few candidates before him that had the integrity to turn the job down.

You would think that if the rags and dippers were the two clubs vetting you for the position then you'd run a mile.

Or at least lube up real good before signing on the dotted line.

Yes,

I noticed that.

When the presenter asked him why the Everton decision was dealt with so quickly are we still waiting for a decision on MCFC.
Master's stopped just short of saying "well it's the amount of charges"

which is the underpinning factor in this whole case: "chuck enough mud and some will stick"

At least they hope it will.

He even got that wrong.

Everton were charged under rules that were changed to ensure expedited hearings. We weren't.

They admitted guilt. We didn't.

We were charged with totally different offences.

I think he pointed out one of those.

This just proves how thick he is
Everton admitted they had broken financial rules and their punishment was all about the mitigating circumstances
Whereas City have admitted to nothing and there have been millions of documents submitted to the tribunal which all have to be considered

Felt the interviewer hates City more than Masters did.
True, he suggested that the Everton verdict was quicker because Masters had a vested interest in helping City by delaying the verdict. Masters rambling response about more charges is untrue, the simple fact of why Everton were dealt with quicker is because they accepted the charges and so unlike us did not go through a lengthy arbitration process.

If this guy mumbles from questions on a TV interview then a top KC from our legal team would surely run rings around him ?
Especially when he knows the question. No right minded person goes into an interview on tv without knowing the questions

The hidden process relating to the 115 charges is totally ridiculous. It is not beyond the whit of man for all parties to agree to the release of an indicative timeline. The KCs must know now when their decision is likely to be available. Even if they have a range. E.g. October/November or similar. I think the PL need to build some more transparency into their processes. The 115 process completely ignores the fans and the public interest in this type of case. Surely some framework timeliness could be shared. Shambolic stuff.
