Shaw saying there target is the premier league and he gets to say it with no one saying to him you finished 15th your team haven’t won the league in 13 years there are 14 clubs who were better than you last season!

This> it’s the clubs mentality we are M U that team has gone they are in the pack of 5/6 teams who can spend as much as them and more! Keep living in the past it will keep them coming up short!
As a long-standing City fan I can recognise a death spiral of a successful club. We watched it happen to us slowly through the 80s. We still managed the odd big signing and the odd great result. But we were in a decline that nearly killed our club. The Rags still don’t get it. When I started watching football the history clubs were Wolves, Aston Villa, Everton, Arsenal, and double-winners Spurs. Liverpool and United were yet to have their eras. Football has always gone in cycles.

Rags mad contact with us for the availability of Ortega sorry we shouldn’t be giving them a better keeper than they have!

Knowing us though they’ll let him it’s all down to what the player want is our motto

I don't think they will have as bad season as they did last season.

They will still fluke the odd result and late late goal. They always do.

IMO they will finish between 7th and 10th.
I am only concerned with the next game against them in a few weeks time and putting them to the sword. Something we don't always do. Hard to say what position the fuckers will end up but I will be shocked if they finish above us or in the top 4.

They’re no longer dining at the top table, as far as incoming transfers are concerned.

From di Maria andn Carlton Pogba to Cunha and Mbueno in just over a decade.

And Di Maria and Pogba were not elite level in my view. A few years earlier they had Ronaldo, Scholes, and Giggs. They are in a critical moment. I think they will battle relegation all season. The squad is dire.

They qualified through winning the Europa league, they didn’t actually finish in the top four. My point stands 15th to 4th the following season hasn’t happened in the PL and the rags don’t have the back door way in through the Thursday night trophy option.
14th to 1st has happened though!
Leicester City.

Pope will be England's number one should he sign for the rags.

Jimmy Etihad could have the season of his life with us and would be 4th choice for the FA.
No he won't. Just like how any of their shit England players don't find themselves near the England team. This isn't 20 years ago

"Sesko has an informal agreement with the Bundesliga club that means he would be able to leave if an elite club came in with an offer in the region of £70m."

So the Rags being told to fuck off then? Or is 15th and no European football the new elite?

I suspect 'elite' in this context means 'anyone with £70m'

Probably renamed Jimmy Grumbleface now he's re-signed for us by the media

they seem to be able to spend a lot despite no CL, not even any competition in Europe, disaster PL finish, hundreds of staff fired, and not much sales so far either.

I really hope another mid table finish coming for them.
