The way I see it the overwhelming likelihood given how protracted and expensive this process has been is that we are going to get found guilty of something although I would expect not of the more severe charges.
The PL are under massive pressure to make something stick and there will be some sort of settlement. Their own survival depends on it.
At the end of the day common sense will hopefully prevail.

As a solicitor myself, the longer it all goes on the less confident I am of the complete exhortation that many on here have hoped for. That being said, I do think that we will best the vast majority of charges.

Interesting. I wouldn't have thought the time taken would indicate anything other than the amount of relevant evidence and counter-evidence that was presented and has to be analysed and explained in the award.

Presumably the panel have known their findings for months already and are just writing up their explanation? Either that, or something else is going on that we don't know about.
