Sesko is also supposedly after a rag payday, and Brentford arent keen on losing another forward. Then theres the issue of one of them signing knowing they're second choice which doesnt seem likely.

That swap would see them going from a CL side to a conference league side.

And as I said, it's not even really all about how good Isak is. Its what he represents and the message selling your best player sends out to everybody else. You think Guimaraes is going to want to stick around next summer if they sell Isak and end up in the lower European spots? Same applies to all their better players.

Brentford can cry all they like but if a good wedge gets put on the table, Wissa is gone.
