The fact that people are content with Lewis as our starting RB for the entire season is insane. That lad would look average as a RB in the championship, and I’m being 100% serious. In 2022/23 and 23/24 seasons as soon as Rico was removed from the starting XI we started to look great again, he is a huge issue and imo, and I’ve said this many times before Rico is by a distance the worst player to start over 50 games for City for since 2008. Play him in carabao and fa cup, but I don’t wanna see him regularly in the PL. I think Rodri will start. Well I hope he will.if he needs another month or so to start regularly that’s not good man. I just wish we get the Rodri we all love. The most complete DM I’ve ever seen!

That’s a very good team imo. is it capable of beating teams like Liverpool, PSG, Madrid, Barca in the UCL? Probably not. is it capable of getting 90+ points? Probably not. We have a great attack, but GK, RB and A Fit CB are problem areas. That puts way too much pressure on Rodri to protect that back four.

If Nunes is to be the starting right back, then for me he has to start against the Wolves. He should certainly not be shielded from the inevitable abuse he’ll receive from the home stands, which we’ve seen with the likes of Sterling and Grealish, too, so I want to see him start.

Tbh its a piss poor attitude for us to be okay with having a team thats not capable of beating barca liverpool madrid etc. Why have our standards dropped?I think Rodri will start. Rotate the players accordingly for the matches coming up and we'll be firing by the time we get the scum at home and those bastards won't know what's hit them.

We all realise what?It happens, your feel for a place changes, the players he loved leave, staff, his Mrs, club moving in another direction.
Its the same club you love, but it just doesn't quite feel right.
I think we all realise that this squad isn't good enough to replicate what we have done, but he will still face the same expectation.
I wan him to go on a real high, so fingers crossed we do something good somehow.
You certainly don’t speak for me or indeed any of the people I go to the match with.
In fact, you couldn’t be further from the truth.
We’re all expecting a very positive season with the revitalised squad we now have.
Perhaps because I’m in the FOC club and have seen the very low times, I’m filled with confidence and optimism for the coming season.
I sincerely hope Kompany gets to take over from pep
He's getting better as a manager. Some of the play against Tottenham in that friendly was a joy to watch. He's getting alot out of the players He's got even though the Bayern board have screwed him this summer with not getting his targets.
