It's one of those silly social media myths that get repeated so often that people think it's true. "Pep stifles players..."

Ortega, savinho and echeverri seem the obvious solutions to the uefa rules.

Unless someone foreign leaves there won’t be any more incomings
 
He will be on low wages. Years left on his contract, lots of promise, young. We have a few senior players on big wages leaving next year, and after another year with us he could be a ready made starter for when that happens.

If there is a move there and he wants it, I get why he may he sold. But the fee has to be worth it. 50m is nowhere near it imo, over 60m to get the discussions started.
 
Not good enough, an offer over £50m is great business.

Final decision making and ball into box is pretty low.

Scoring goals is pretty low.

Good player but city really need to be aiming for top tier players.

The strategy is great…buy player with world class potential and if they make it with city brilliant if not we get a very good fee. It’s how the club works. Premium training facilities and a top coaching team justifies the fee.

The quality to make it at city is very high. Don’t let the high bar drop.

Would be disappointed if we sold him this early into his City career. He's still lacking end product, but there's obvious potential there. If he's decided that he wants to leave then obviously that changes things a bit, but we should be demanding a fee of around £60m.
 
He looks like he should be amazing, but for some reason he doesn’t create much and hardly ever scores. If we can get good money (£50m+) then sell.

Would be nice to have a fast winger that scores about 15 goals a season and creates 20-odd more on top of that.

Maybe, but if Savinho is sold, not sure it might be Ech that leaves then. Think a CB needs to leave, myself.

I still think at least one of Gundo and Akanji will leave before the end of the window. Maybe both.

A lot of wingers are frustrating players - always remember Peter Beagrie roasting full backs, but often wanting to beat them, one more time...

There were plenty after that too - part of the reason he's known as FFS.
Some people fail to appreciate what they have until it's gone. I hope we hang onto Sav, but we have to move a couple on and we're well stocked in his type of role - dealing with that twat would leave a VERY bad taste though

I can accept this if we get a decent fee, and Bobb holds down that right side.
 
Over 3000 minutes in his first season, during which he was learning the culture, the system, and the league. Poor planning if he has to make way because others, who will not be here in 27-28, cannot be shifted.
 
Savio for me is best on the left. We now have Marmoush that unless Haaland is injured/suspended will occupy that spot.

On the right he’s not as effective and has competition in Cherki/Foden. Think one of them will play in the right and the other in the middle if we are playing our strongest attacking team. Then you have Bobb.

So it’s between Savio and Doku really. It’s a shame but that’s what happens when you have so many great players.
 
No bid for Savinho - Incredibly frustrating player. not good enough. Constantly loses possession. Gets knocked off the ball for fun.

Bid from Spurs for Savinho - we cannot afford to lose him. He is a great player. Just needs one more year under Pep.

Don’t get the head loss personally, a rumoured bid from Spurs and suddenly he has improved as a player ten fold in peoples eyes.

If our midfield 3 is gonna be Rodri, Bernardo and Reijnders then our front 3 comes from Doku, Marmoush, Haaland, Foden, Cherki, Bobb, and Savinho. What has Savinho done to guarantee game time ahead of Foden and Cherki for example?
