We clearly don't value him at 100m or City would have briefed the news pack and this would be going nowhere.Players agree personal terms all the time, the selling club actually has to sanction it.
If we say well we value him at 100m - conversation over.
The fact we're pricing him lower than Elanga to free up space is what I think is daft.
I am sure some players do agree personal terms before a bid but I would be very surprised if the club weren't aware of this.
