Savinho | City reject Spurs approach

Wide players have been pivotal to our success, I don’t think the ones we have are anywhere near the level

I think Foden and Marmoush are, without question. Savio and Doku aren’t at this stage, maybe never will be. And the jury is out on Bobb - we could definitely do with at least 1 upgrade

I'm on with that view but to judge and criticise a player for a lack of goals after being injured for a full season is prime dickhead logic, we dont half attract some clowns
I've seen enough of savinho to suggest his end product is as weak as piss, he can beat a man with ease but you need both and I think bobb could be the real deal.

Where did I say he has a lack of goals?

I said he hasnt had many senior appearances, that is true, its a fact

That makes me a d!ckhead and a clown? Well that's ironic

I think Bobb can be the real deal, but that doesnt mean hes shown more the Savinho at senior level, he hasn't

No not you, it was the guy replying to my previous post stating bobb has only scored 1 goal

In my opinion Savinho is better than Phil in all positions they could play.
Dribbling, pace, shooting.

just dont do any favours to Spurs. if 50m is acceptable to Viana, for Spurs it needs to be 60m. make Levy pay. make him throw up thinking he is bankrolling us
add in another 5m bonus if they qualify for Europe.
If it’s £50m then they have to take Phillips with him

Even if that’s true, why must we kept the past and sell the future ?

Bernardo has wanted to leave for years.
Difference is Bernardo kept his head down, worked his bollocks off, put performances in weeek in week out, won us games, scored crucial goals and has never fucking moaned. Savinho isn’t the future, he seems to me to be a self centred mard arse that wants to be a clubs poster boy rather than knuckling down and earning a place in our side week in week out. Give me Bernie any day of the week.

Rodri, Dias, Foden,Marmoush, Haaland, Gonzalez, Reijnders...all in their twenties. Mid 20s or with a hatful of experience.

I think people's emotions are encouraging them to ignore the actual facts about our team and squad.
Exactly, Its not enough, nowhere near!! Especially as only 4 or 5 max will start at the same time… you can get away with a couple of older heads/prospects, but not half the team!!

Did the club tell you this personally ?

Bernardo was forced to stay each season by Pep. He’s got great mentality and is a legend ofc.
Savio could well and true be a future city legend. He just turned 21. He played 3000 mins last season. Idk what’s with his thinking of going to a spurs but to each their own.

I would 1000% rather see Savio on the team sheet than Bernardo in 2025.

These clowns believe any old shite, always makes me piss when they say this players on this and this one on that, players salarys are confedential, just cause some bellend journalist or a no mark on twitter says it or some two bob website proclaims they know, these herberts believe it, sadly it's now the world we live in

Didn't we see a paystub of Tevez posted on this very forum a long time ago??

So we might have four players in their twenties, four in their thirties, and three young players on the field?
I am not actually sure if you are joking or not.

Same could be said about Doku, personally I’d let him go as well
Agree, both were very underwhelming signings, and have done nothing to show anything different......the only difference to me, is that when Doku comes off the bench, he does change the mindset of the opposition, they do seem to lose some composure, expecting him to produce something.....even if he ultimately doesn't.

United want £50m for Garnacho and you cant with a straight face say Savinho has shown anything higher than what that lad has done.
Savio's season at Girona was better in every regard than what Garnacho has done. Please be serious. His season there yielded more goals + assists than Rodrygo has ever done in a LaLiga season, for that matter.
