I don't know much about it. It was something that Stephen Borson was discussing on Talksport yesterday.I didnt think putting the shares in a blind would hinder him from selling them. He could quite easily had his lawyers be the executor of the blind trust. Parish saying they didnt receive emails from Uefa, so
It sounds like he fucked up & is using that as excuse
He said that putting the shares in a blind trust would meant he would lose control of the sale. Given that it was months before they even knew there was even potentially an issue I can understand why this wouldn't even have been a thought process.
And in reality, the club has now been sold - the sanction really is unfair.
