It has let me list the Burnley game on the exchange section no problem,but won't let me transfer the United game to my younger brother. It's as though they want all the unused tickets to go on the exchange section so they can sell them to tourists at 2/3times value.

Messaged them about 2 weeks ago when they said they'd get back to me as soon as there's a resolution. Messaged them again on Wednesday and Thursday but still waiting on a response.
If you look on the order history ticket history thing on the website it will list the people you have nominated.
Try again. I have just transfered to my mate on the list and it finally worked.didn't work a few hours back.

Thanks for sharing that. Clears up arrangements for one game at least. Piss poor that they haven't thought of a real alternative in time for the start of the season, we shouldn't have to go through that hassle and hopefully it's just a one off. How hard can it be to send out some physical or barcdode STs? Nothing surprises me with our ticketing department anymore.
I've just had the same email to approach a fan support steward, and that they are looking for a more permanent solution for the United game.
