I'm fine with the team - Cherki is still bedding in. It's a long season and he's going to be very important to us, no doubt about that.

I do think Khusanov has earned a starting place but I accept he is unlikely to get the nod ahead of Dias and Stones on the opening day of the season.

Nothing in that lineup surprises me except Nico over Gundo tbh.

Come the end of the transfer window and with everyone fit we’ll have a stronger looking side no doubt.

Hopefully get the job done today. No reason we shouldn’t, quality is definitely there to beat this Wolves side.

We’ve got some serious squad depth this season. The bench is the best I’ve seen it in a long time and that is without Rodri, Foden and any replacements for Ederson and Savinho. You’d have to be a fool to write us off this season.
