52 | Oscar Bobb - 2025/26

Remember some posters saying Bobb had reached mythical levels while he was out injured and he was never as good as people were claiming? Well that today is why he is /was rated so highly.
His dribbling and gliding around the pitch is mythical. People have short memories

Brilliant today. Ball sticks to him like glue. His pressing is phenomenal too. Knows the angles to shut down and when to make his move. Reminds me a lot of Bernardo when we signed him, but with that extra pace that just might end up taking him to the very very top of the game.

Completely different to Savio and Doku - Bobb's feet are super quick, he's not blessed with rapid race but his feet and body movements send the defender for a pasty. Class

even with his handful of games prior to his leg break you could clearly see he was special. Yesterday proved we were right to think that. Levels above Savinho.

Can I just say, "I told you so..." :)

Not to you obviously. My current favourite player to watch, I think he's glorious.

As others say he has a bit of David Silva about him in the way he controls and moves with the ball. So composed and intelligent in all situations.

He can go inside or outside, play left, right or centrally behind the striker.

It's well known that he's a brilliant young man to have around the club too. Staff and players all love him.

I had no idea he was that good. Very impressive and has so much upside with HG and AT. Ball control excellent very intelligent and worked his nuts off. Very excited to see how he does this season

Like a new signing himself.

Really good first touch, close control and dribbling ability shown yesterday.

The move to set up our second for Reijnders was very high quality. Highly skillful to get away from the Wolves player and then was patient and timed his pass perfectly, to the point that Reijnders didn’t even have to break his stride to hit it first time.

Bobb worked hard as well, was constantly on the move.

If we sign Rodrygo, I’d rather he was signed for the left wing and let’s see how Bobb develops as our main right winger.
