With Pep you have to read between the lines, he's telling others players there won't be minutes for them and if they dont like that they can leave. If they dont mind no minutes they can stay but he worries about the negative effect that will have in the dressing room. Pep obviously has a huge say in what happens but Viana drives recruitment.
