I have a question, not sure what to do about it but ask, I recently bought a Napoli shirt with de bruyne on the back for the respect for king Kev but would I be able to wear it to the city game against spurs? I am quite new to the forum so if this is the wrong place to ask, I’m sorry!
Imagine you would be fine and dandy mate.

By the way he’s shit, never did anything to make anyone think that he would be anything other than a squad player at best.

I just don’t see it myself.

Anyone seen my bottle of meths anywhere?

Our record against the traditional big 5 is appalling since the treble. I heard on a City channel we’ve played 20 and only won 6.

Against the traditional big 5, that needs to change. Need to send a message bring that fear factor back. Need to put a statement win out against Tottenham.

Last 2 season:
Chelsea 2W 2D - 8/12
Arsenal 2D 2L - 2/12
Spurs 2W 1D 1L - 7/12
Liverpool 2D 2L - 2/12
United 2W 1D 1L - 7/12

Home - 2W 5D 3L - 11/30
Away - 4W 3D 3L - 15/30

Not just our 'Big 6' form but also our home form in those games. Both of our Spurs wins were away which is a bit mental given our form there usually.

Now if he'd forced his way out, à la Isak, it'd be one thing. But it was exactly the contrary. He didn't particularly want to go. He was waiting for an offer from the club of, say, a one-year extension. His attitude towards the club was a model from first to last. You'll be fine in that shirt.

With Spurs missing our prime tormentors in recent years - Maddison Kulusevski both injured, and Son left the club - i fancy us to get a win tomorrow. They have a solid starting 11 but they lack guile - only Kudus has a bit of flair.

Dreading this. They've scored 2+ goals in 4 of their last visits to our place, kryptinoc bastards. One positive is that Maddison is out. And Diego Kulusevski Maradona.

Trafford

Nunes/Lewis
Stones
Dias
Ait-Nouri

Nico G
Rodri/Bernie
Reijnders

Bobb
Haaland
Marmoush/Foden

Come on blues!

It would be disappointing if you were given any stick for wearing that.

Still a blue one, innit?

That should be fine. To my mind, correct me if I am wrong lads, the only shirts not to wear are a) Trafford United or Wrong end of the East Lancs ones are a definite NO NO.
b) any other PL shirt is a well that's a bit stupid No.
The fact that the Napoli shirt has KDB on should be all right. :-) IMHO

p.s. I'm going to have to find another name for Trafford United now we have a player called Trafford!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kev is king and you’ll be reet…

Can't wait for tomorrow, despite the annoying early kick-off. Feels like an eternity since we were last at The Etihad. I always love the first home game of the season, the sun shining, seeing familiar faces again, full of optimism for the season ahead. Until Spurs score on the counter with their first shot on goal.

Would love to see us really go for it, with Marmoush, Cherki and Bobb all playing behind Haaland, with Gonzalez and Rjeinders in midfield. Can't see Bernardo being left out though, understandably.
I’m sorry it’s a stupid lunch time kick off for you guys but having a match at 7:30pm and therefore not the middle of the night is a joy for me. I can’t wait.

I loved the Wolves game but a 12:30am kick off is actually worse than a 3am or 4am as it’s not like I can sleep beforehand and the goals barely register at the time.

I just hope we smash them for that travesty last season at home.

@CaunckFan I hope you and your daughter and family if they are all coming have a great time tomorrow. I well remember my Canadian granddaughters and their Mum and Dad coming for the girls first one. Mum and Dad had been season ticket holders before they emigrated and the girls had worn City shirts from birth...... courtesy of some grandmother or other!!

Have a fantastic time, take lots of photos and if you don't mind us all seeing post a couple on here so we know she enjoyed herself. :-) :-)
Welcome to Manchester.

MANCHESTER CITY THE BEST TEAM IN THE LAND AND ALL THE WORLD.

6.30 am here, thats the middle of the night for us

So with Savinho, Bettinelli, Gvardial & Kovacic out and you imagine Ortega dropping out for Ederson in the squad, you still have to leave 2 players out the matchday squad tomorrow. Last week was Foden & Rodri but you imagine they are on the bench. Akanji & Gundogan seem like the obvious ones but tomorrow will be very interesting when the team is announced for a few players futures
If Pep drops Khusanov and O'Reilly instead of Akanji and Gundogan he does not get to complain about the big squad. It would be hypocritical bordering on stupid. You can't cry about it to the media but include your pals on the team bus while dropping the players that will constitute the future of our club. Pep needs to be assertive here and send a clear message.

If Ederson starts, we’re almost guaranteed to concede a clumsy goal — he’s already built quite a collection of blunders in matches against Tottenham.
More than once, players like Lamela, Son, and Lo Celso have slipped the ball past him — either through his legs or even his hands — and what’s worse, those shots didn’t even have much power behind them.

Are you his fan club secretary ?

Absolutely no reason for Trafford not to start tomorrow especially given his solid display against Wolves. I'd be pretty surprised to see anyone but Trafford between the sticks tomorrow.

Making your post bold has made it even more shitter
